Arabic Sustainable Agricultural Development Strategy (2020-2030)

The Arabic Sustainable Agricultural Development Strategy 2020-2030 aims to provide a framework for managing and addressing challenges related to the agricultural sector in Arabic countries by achieving five long-term strategic objectives:

·       First Objective: Support transformation and adaptation of agricultural and food systems to eradicate hunger and reduce poverty.

·       Second Objective: Maintaining good management of agricultural resources and ecosystems and their sustainability in the Arabic region.

·       Third Objective: promoting Arabic agricultural integration and framing mechanisms, procedures, policies and systems for Arabic agricultural trade and investment.

·       Fourth Objective: Development and prosperity of the Arabic countryside and rehabilitation and support capabilities to adapt to environmental, economic and societal changes related to the agricultural sector.

·       Fifth Objective: Good management, sharing and availability of agricultural knowledge technically and institutionally to support decision makers (Knowledge Repository).
