He stressed that the axis of rural development and women’s empowerment within the national plan for sustainable agriculture supports efforts to transform the family from a consumer to a producer. Through training, rehabilitation, support and follow-up to reach marketing, and such projects help create direct and indirect job opportunities in the governorates and the periphery.
