A national training course on "Designing epidemiological surveys and data analysis for three diseases (foot and mouth disease, brucellosis fever, Rift Valley fever) was organized for the cadres working in the Ministry of Municipality and Environment in Qatar during 30th April to 3rd May 2018.

 The course targeted veterinarians and technicians working in the ministry to improve their competence in designing disease epidemiological surveys, particularly the three diseases mentioned above. The training course will contribute in increasing the experience and the depth of knowledge in epidemiological diseases, prediction of its behavior and the extent of its spread. As well as identifying the best options for disposal or control based on analysis of data obtained during these surveys.
