The Arab Organization for Agricultural Development (AOAD) organized a training course in the field of Water Harvesting during the period 23-26 July 2018 at the Regional office of AOAD in the Arab Mashreq Region in Amman, Jordan. The participants were 15 trainees from different institutions of water harvesting techniques.

 This course was one of the fruitful fruits of the cooperation between the AOAD and Jordan.

The theme of the course was chosen as part of the AOAD’s efforts to contribute in finding appropriate solutions to the problems associated with water scarcity in Jordan.

 During the course, the participants received intensive training, including theoretical presentations and practical applications, on different water harvesting systems, forms and methods, conditions and specifications for selecting the appropriate model for the site.
