The Arab Organization for Agricultural Development (AOAD) inaugurated two training courses on ''Agricultural Waste Recycling, Production of Organic Fertilizers and Energy'' and in "PCR and its Applications''. The training courses were during the period from the 17th till the 21st of December 2017. The participants were (50) Egyptian cadres and technicians.
The first training course covered the recycling of agricultural wastes and the production of organic fertilizers and energy. The training program included lectures on agricultural waste, food processing and its uses in the Arab world, recycling of agricultural waste and production of organic fertilizers, and how to conduct quality tests for organic fertilizers and agricultural waste as an energy source.
Introduction of Biogas as a tool for sustainable agricultural development.
The second training course was on the PCR and its applications. The training program included a number of theoretical and applied topics. The most important was the basic principles of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and the DNA.
