The Tunisian Minister of Agriculture, Water Resources and Fisheries, H.E Dr. Samir Al-Tayeb, invited the Director General of the Arab Organization for Agricultural Development (AOAD) H.E Prof Ibrahim Adam El Dukheri, to participate in the 13th session of the International Salon for Agricultural Investment and Technology (SIAT 2018) during the period from 10th to 13th October 2018 at the Exhibition Palace in Tunisia.

The exhibition displayed and promoted the Tunisian agricultural products. The saloon presented the transformations witnessed by the Tunisian agricultural sector in various fields including modern technologies and agricultural scientific research through devising ways to develop work methods and production, in addition to defining the new investment law and its impact on the agricultural sector.

On the sideline of the SIAT 2018, an international forum on "Digital Technology for Agriculture" was held to reflect the best ways of digital shifts in agriculture.

H.E Prof El Dukheri met with international, regional and local organizations and the participating parties from Arab and foreign countries.
