The Director General of the Arab Organization for Agricultural Development (AOAD) H.E Prof. Ibrahim Adam El Dukheri met the Egyptian Deputy Minister of Agriculture for Animal, Poultry and Fisheries Affairs H.E Dr. Mona Mehrez, on the 6th of November 2019, Cairo, Egypt.

 During the meeting, both discussed a number of topics in areas of common interest and exchanged ideas and views, and the role played by AOAD in the developing and promoting joint Arab action in the field of agriculture and food security, in addition to the efforts exerted in implementing projects and capacity building programs in the agricultural sector in all fields.

At the end of the meeting, the two sides stressed the importance of cooperation and coordination between AOAD and the Ministry in the fields of agriculture and fisheries in addition building and developing technical capabilities, as well as cooperating with the Agricultural Research Center, and benefit from the Egyptian expertise in various fields.
